The New generation shearbolt model Kverneland 2300 B Variomat® is designed for a peace of mind: high performances via a simple set-up, unbeatable low cost of ownership, unmatched robustness. The pulling line adjusts automatically for the correct alignment at any time (Kverneland Auto-line). Combined with the renowned low draft Kverneland bodies, the fuel consumption is kept to its minimum while the lifetime of parts is extended beyond expectations. Easy to operate plough. The adjustable “4P” skimmers enable the perfect ploughing. Shearbolts fitted to new robust legs shear sharp under 5 ton of pressure to guarantee a quality ploughing. They are easy to replace.
As any Kverneland ploughs, the Kverneland steel heat treatment technology is applied to each and every part to guarantee its robustness and the highest second hand market price of the plough. Fitted with the headstock No 200, cat. II/III, and a 100x200 mm robust frame, the 3 & 4 furrow ploughs can be extended by one furrow. No welding on the frame to guarantee the optimal durability.
The peace of mind comes also with effortless grab hydraulic handles, easily identifiable; handy spare shearbolts stored on the headstock, virtually no maintenance and maintenance costs.

Features
The new shear bolt legs are stronger than ever. Their new design enables a shear cut of the bolts under a pressure as high as 5000 kg.
No stretch of the bolt which could lead to a possible deformation of the leg under pressure. The new design ensures that the shear bolt can be instantly replaced in an easy manner which guarantees a consistent ploughing quality.
Smart, spare bolts are handily stored on the head stock.
The Kverneland Variomat® is the most reliable and user friendly system on the market. It allows the ideal match between the soil conditions, the plough and the tractor for the most cost efficient output. When changing the working width on a Kverneland Variomat® plough, there is no need to adjust the pulling line. It adjusts automatically. The plough always works straight which ensures that ploughing performances are maintained. This is Kverneland Auto-line.
Kverneland Auto-Line guarantees the correct pulling line at any time. It bears a number of benefits such as preventing side pulls and unnecessary high landside pressure. It ensures a quality ploughing with less fuel consumption. The life time of wearing parts is also extended. Not least, no time spent on correcting a disturbed pulling line after changing the working width.
The 1st furrow flexibility: it can be adjusted independently from the working width of the plough. Hence, one can choose a specific working width of the 1st furrow for hilly conditions compensations. When activating the Variomat®, the first furrow width keeps its setting in respect to the plough working width. The pulling line remains correct.
Well adjusted skimmers is crucial. As every farmer knows, skimmers that are set up in the correct way make the ploughing result.
"4P" skimmers are adjustable in 4 Positions for the best ploughing performances in a simple manner.
a) working depth. When changing the ploughing depth, the working depth of the skimmers must be adjusted. The central adjustment of the skimmers makes it easy and quick.
b) to prevent stone blockages or to favor a gentle cut of a grass land, just change the angle of the skimmer via 2 eccentric bolts only.
c) to adapt to the speed of operations, move the skimmer more or less forward.
d) for specific trash and soil conditions, just set the skimmer to «More On-land work» via a lateral repositioning.
Kverneland hydraulic wheels uniqueness
The wheel settings are kept after reversal at headlands !
A unique memory system: define your ploughing depth and block it via 2 handles. After reversal, the wheel comes back automatically to the defined working depth. Peace of Mind !
On the move adjustments for a shallower ploughing are still possible.
